Refund Policy

At RX Authorized, we are committed to providing a streamlined, secure, and professional experience for every customer. Our 3-step process is designed to make receiving prescription medications fast, private, and seamless. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. Overview of Our Process

To clarify, RX Authorized facilitates:

Medication Selection

Doctor Evaluation (via telehealth appointment)

Prescription Fulfillment and Shipment

Our service includes administrative processing, scheduling, medical evaluation by licensed providers, and fulfillment through licensed pharmacies.

Because our process involves medical professionals and prescription products, not all services are refundable, especially after a doctor’s evaluation has occurred or once a prescription is processed and shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the stage of your order and the circumstances:

A. Before Telehealth Appointment is Completed

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment:
Full refund eligible

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or miss the appointment:
⚠️ Partial refund (minus $30 administrative fee)
(You may also choose to reschedule at no additional cost one time.)

B. After Telehealth Appointment is Completed

If the doctor does not approve your prescription request after evaluation:
Partial refund eligible (You will be refunded for the medication portion only. The consultation fee is non-refundable.)

If your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy:
No refund (Medical services have been rendered and prescriptions processed.)

3. Shipped Medications

Due to safety and legal regulations:

Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, even if unused or unopened.

If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the pharmacy to provide a replacement if applicable.

4. Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment once at no cost, provided you notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may incur a $15 fee.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

RX Authorized reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this policy or show signs of abuse.
